We do not accept returns on edible or open items, unless the incorrect item was received. If you would like to return an unopened or non-edible item, please contact our office at 1-800-593-8250 x2 and have your order number available. Returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date. We charge a 20% restocking fee.
Although it is extremely rare, damage may occur from time to time. We take great pride in packing your items to avoid damage, However due to the fragility of our products, sometimes damage occurs which is out of our control. We ask that you allow 15% breakage and be sure to order extra's to offset this. For items received damaged in excess of the 15%, you must contact our office by email within 3 business days of delivery. When contacting us by email, please be sure to include your order number and 1 (one) picture showing all damage so that we can initiate a damage claim with the carrier. Do not discard the broken items for 30 days in case the carrier decides to inspect the items. Please note in the email if you would like a refund or replacements of the broken items.
