All orders placed before 3pm EST are shipped out the same day Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.

Domestic orders within the contiguous 48 states are delivered within 5 business days. A tracking number is sent to your email when shipped. Rush orders, including priority and overnight, are available by selecting the shipping option at checkout. Please include a 'need by' date in the customer notes so we can verify your selected shipping method will arrive in time.

Free Ground Shipping within the contiguous 48 states is offered for orders over $225.00.

We strongly recommend only shipping to commercial locations to ensure packages are not taken from residential addresses. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Please call us at 800-593-8250 to find the closest FedEx location where you can safely pick up your package.

All flowers and icing decorations should be stored in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate for more than a few hours pior to your event to prevent the flowers from becoming damaged. Our flowers and decorations can last for years if properly stored!
