Master the Art of Cake Decorating with Our Step-by-Step Guide

Remember, the most important thing is to have fun during the decorating process. Let your creativity shine, and don't be afraid to experiment or add your unique touch to the cake. The final result will be a beautiful and personalized creation that will bring joy and accomplishment. Design instruction included with each cake kit.

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

You don't need to be an expert baker, but you can look like one with a grocery store cake or local bakery cake. Collect all the necessary supplies for decorating your cake. Sort and organize your sugar flowers and decorations separating those with wires and those without.

Step 2: Plan Your Design

Before applying the sugar flowers and decorations take a moment to plan the placement and arrangement on your cake. Follow the picture for easy decorating. Yes, you CAN do it!

Step 3: Apply the Decorations

Gently slide the wires into the cake, spacing them out evenly or as shown in the picture. Start from the bottom and work your way up depending on the tiers. Layer the flowers as desired.

For the sugar flowers without wires, secure them onto the cake by using a small paintbrush to apply a thin layer of edible adhesive or royal icing to the back of each flower or icing decoration. This acts as a glue to hold the flowers in place. Apply a small amount to avoid excess visible adhesive.

Step 4: Layer and Overlap

Once all the sugar flowers and decorations are in place, take a final look at the cake. Make sure the flowers are securely attached and the design is cohesive. Step back periodically to assess the arrangement and make any necessary adjustments.

Step 5: Ta-da!

We are thrilled to unveil the breathtaking result of our cake decoration journey together. Your cake is a true work of art. Great job! Each delicate petal and intricately arranged bloom and sugar tells a story of creativity, passion, and the joy of celebration.
